January Favourites

How quickly has January gone? I feel like it was only yesterday that I was stuffing my face with turkey and sausage rolls. Anyhow I thought I would share a few things that I have been loving this past month.

Boots, New Look £24.99 - My lovely Mother bought me these in December and they have been glued to my feet ever since. The heel gives me enough height to give me a couple of extra inches but are not too high and I love how chunky the heels are - less chance of falling over.

NSpa Replenishing Moisture Mask, ASDA £3 - I love this face mask so much from its pretty baby pink colour to its indescribable smell. It leaves my skin feeling silky silky smooth.

Forget-Me-Not  Fragrant Hand Balm, M&S - Again my lovely mother bought me this for Christmas. It's a florally smelling hand cream which leaves my hands feeling perfectly soft but too much makes my hands a bit greasy.

Haim, Days Are Gone - Back in December 2012/January 2013 I saw Haim featured in Company magazine and I remember thinking 'they look cool I will look for their CD' because I forget to look for music on YouTube because I can be a bit dim. Anyway for almost a year of searching I found it and it was only £5 and I am in love. The best songs (in my opinion of course) are falling, don't save me, my song 5 and let me go.

The 1975 - Along with Haim I have been listening to the 1975 non-stop this month. They have really unique voices that aren't what you'd class as 'conventionally good' but they are amazing - does that make any sense? I will probably be listening this CD for the whole of February....and March and probably the rest of 2014.

Bourjois 123 Perfect Foundation - I have been looking for a new foundation for a while. I wanted one that has high coverage and is the correct shade for my paley pale skin. This may be the teeniest bit too dark for my skin but hey ho I still love it.

World Map Notebook, Waterstones - I have this weird thing for notebooks, I love buying them and writing in them for a little while and then buying new ones. My latest addition is this beautiful little notebook that has a map print covering. It came in a pack of three and they are a cute addition to my collection.

Samsung Galaxy Fame, £79.99 - I was in desperate need for a new phone as my other one was old and slow. I was lusting after a Samsung Galaxy S3 but there was no way I was dishing out that much for a phone. When looking at what I could get I realised there wasn't much difference between the Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini and the Galaxy Fame other than the price tag. I love it and have joined the Instagram and Snapchat crew (amyleehaynes). This only means that I am becoming one of those people who is constantly glued to my phone.

That's what I've been loving over the past month but what have you been loving?
